1. Lack of time, you are exhausted, running in circles and just don’t know where to start or what to do first. Time, lack of direction and clarity are real issues for you.
2. There is no money in the bank. Your not making the money you need. Cashflow is a problem. You might need help with budgeting.
3. You’re not converting leads into paying customers. You need new leads or more customers.
4. Your busy and have heaps of work but the business isn’t perfect. There are errors in your procedures and customer satisfaction is low.
